Terms of delivery
Delivery time
All orders in Lasessor web shop are taken care of as soon as possible. Deliveries will take place 1-3 work days from order. Customer receives an e-mail confirmation when shipment has been packed and is leaving from the warehouse. It is good to check that the e-mail address in the contact information is correct. Order information is passed to customer with e-mail.
Order Processing & Delivery
All orders placed in the Lasessor online store are processed as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Our warehouse is located alongside our office in Finland, ensuring that products can be shipped immediately.
Once an order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, the customer will receive an order/shipping confirmation via email. Please make sure that the email address provided in your contact details is correct. Orders and cancellations are always confirmed to the customer in writing via email.
Shipping Costs
Lasessor La Oy delivers products via Posti (Finnish postal service). Finnish customers receive their delivery either to the nearest post office or directly to their home as a letter (if the order fits in an envelope). The delivery method depends on the customer's selection.
It is also possible to choose a different delivery address than the one provided in the contact details. This should be checked when placing the order under "other delivery address." For example, a product intended as a gift can be delivered directly to the recipient.
For orders over €20 within Finland, delivery is free and climate-compensated. You can also opt for a faster courier delivery for an additional fee.

The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. We are a small family business, and while we gladly cover shipping costs and handle shipments and returns, we kindly ask our customers to contribute to return costs, which are typically €5.90–€7.90.

Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation. However, please note that letter shipments do not have tracking numbers.
Once the shipment arrives, Posti will notify the customer via text message and email, allowing them to pick up the package. The shipment's progress can be tracked using the tracking number on Posti's website: www.posti.fi (under "Track a Shipment" on the homepage).
Unclaimed shipments are returned to Lasessor by Posti. Lasessor will store unclaimed shipments for 2 months at its premises in Fashion Center, Härkähaantie 14, Vantaa. Please note that letter shipments cannot be tracked.
